Previously, VV has launched an emergency plan. In addition to organizing its grain, oil and food processing enterprises and the employees to work overtime in close working places during the Spring Festival holidays to ensure market supply and people's livelihood, VV also demanded its companies at all places to donate money and materials to fully support the local work against 2019 nCov.
Yang Qidian, chairman of VV group, introduced at the donation site that at the critical moment, VV would shoulder its social responsibility and donate RMB 10 million to back the government and the front line against the epidemic. VV group would pay close attention the development of the epidemic, completely shoulder the social responsibility of a national enterprise, fully play the role of a grain, oil, and food provider to ensure the necessaries of people’s life.
Yang Qidian suggested that VV would spare no effort to provide support, including the donation of money and premium products such as vegetable protein drinks. “We believe that we will win the battle as long as we unite as one.”
